We offer a speciality in neurodevelopmental pediatrics and sensory integration, and provide therapy onsite at our clinic and consultation in both public and private school environments.
Our therapy environment invites the child into play interactions that stimulate growth in sensory, motor, perceptual, social, and language development. In addition to direct services, we also provide consultations to families, schools, childcare agencies, and other professionals.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with lots of love for children and your responsibilities will include:
Providing developmental evaluation and therapy services to a range of ages (birth to 18 years of age) with a focus on sensorimotor processing and neuromuscular/postural control, and visual-perceptual-motor control.
We will also need your help with management duties so some experience in that area is desired.
Population includes autism spectrum, developmental delays, anxiety, learning difficulties, heady injury, and neuro developmental delays.
Therapy services include working with the child and their families to implement strategies in the home and school environment.
We see in you someone who is creative, flexible thinker, with a compassionate heart, great communicator in writing and verbal language skills.
We are a well established, well respected pediatric clinic with a dynamic staff, using current, cutting edge therapy principles.
